Little off topic: Who's autograph is this?

I know it's a little off topic but I figured if anyone could help me you guys could. I cleaned out an office near mine and we came across this baseball in a case with an autograph. I am in Waco Tx so I'm thinking it's a Ranger's autograph or a Astro's player autograph but honestly I have no idea.

    Thoughts?

A couple things that might help determine who it is, is it on an Official Major League Baseball, or an American/National League baseball?

I collected autographs from the late 90's through mid 00's and I don't recall anybody signing like that.
And I think it looks too smooth to be Vin Skully.

That is definitely my 2nd grade PE teacher, Jim Swilly. That thing is priceless.

              Definitely Vin Scully

I googled Vin Scully Autograph and came up with this:

Looks a bit different, but now the guy is 90 and things are a little shakier than they used to be...so who knows.

That's actually a Jim Sundberg autograph I think. I have several autographs of him, and a few of them look very similar to that. He does a lot of signings in the DFW area for the Rangers, so it would make sense that it's him.

Here's one I pulled from ebay...

SCORE! Thanks man. I knew I could count on you guys to figure it out. I NEVER would have thought that said Sundberg though. I can see Jim... but Sundberg... no way. LOL Guess he had to modify his signature to make it easy to write over and over.
