How do Brewers fans feel about C.C?
Heard they had a bobblehead night for him? To me that speaks volumes to how they feel about the guy(and I don't blame them)

While not being a Brewer fan specifically the guy did pitch them into the first post-season in 26 years for Milwaukee. 11-2, 1.65 ERA, 7 CG, 3 SHO, in 17 starts. If not a Brewer icon than at least a folk hero who ran into a Philly beast he could not slay. -

I'd like to thank him for single-handedly taking us to the playoffs and I never realistically expected to retain him after that season anyways.
I'd only be marginally opposed to retiring his number at this point. That season was the only good thing about this franchise for the last like 25 years. And he was the reason for it.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

Re: How do Brewers fans feel about C.C?
I'm not a Brewers fan but his stint as a Brewer made me into a huge fan of CC. He knew he wasnt going back to Milwaukee after the season and he still became their workhorse. He'd take the ball after short rest and give his all for guys he wouldnt play with next season. If he were to blow his arm out in that stretch he wouldve been screwed in free agency. I would have the same strong feelings if he did the same for my team.My Teams:

MLB - Detroit Tigers
NBA - Detroit Pistons
NHL - Washington Capitals
NCAA - Virginia Cavaliers
NCAA - Arkansas Razorbacks
NCAA - Michigan St SpartansComment

I dunno, the bobblehead series that the Brewers were doing was best player of the decades throughout team history. I just find it comical that they thought the home stretch of one season by a starting pitcher was infinitely better then the years Prince Fielder has given them.
Having said that I understand the sentiment so I guess it's kinda cool.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
