I know Chipper was not having a great year, but when he went down so did the Braves. It is what it is and can't be explained. But Chipper was the heart and soul on that team. They still have a chance to make the playoffs, but I don't see them winning the division.

It's interesting though because the offense has actually been better (5.5 runs/game) since he went down.

I'm not sure why I thought this series started yesterday, but in game 1 of the series, we've got quite the pitcher's duel shaping up in Chicago.

The Sox have to be looking at this as a must-sweep situation.

EDIT: And just as I say that Paul Konerko hits a ****ing triple. *Goes to see when Paul Konerko's last triple was* Yeah, he had one in '09, one in '08, and before that his last one was in 2000. That's right. 4 triples in 10 years.

And Liriano promptly strikes out the next two batters. Resume pitching duel!

I know, but there is something that happens to a team when their star goes down. I can't explain it, but you see it happen to a lot to teams.

Where's Morrison gonna play next yr? With Sanchez at 1B and Coghlan coming back, where is he playing? Or they are doing something like Trade Uggla, move Coghlan to 2B or something like that

From what I hear is that they want to move Coghlan to 3rd base when he returns since he played that most of the time in College and some in the minors. Or they could move Gaby over to 3rd and then Morrison to 1st. Most likely they will move Coghlan to 3rd since he's played that position before and he'd just have to learn to adjust to playing in the majors.

Season is whatever now with 2 stupid calls by Tracy. Rockies need to stop screwing up in April and Tracy needs to stop making questionable bullpen decisions in the playoff race.

What a waste of a season for Jimenez, Gonzalez and Tulowitzki.

What kind of promo do you guys have? Rockies have 7 runs and you get 4 tacos for a $1 from Taco Bell. I rather have Dennnys than Taco Bell

I can't remember, all I know is it's if the Padres score 6 runs at home, on the next day Denny's will a free stack of pancakes (until 7 PM).

I know Phoenix get's free tacos for their promotion.

That's better than if the Tigers hit 3 HRs get a free curly fry from Arby's... and cmon have the Tigers EVER hit 3 HRs?
