Cardinals Rotation - Who should go?

Who do you all think should be bumped out of the rotation. I wish they would have given Fassero a few more starts he was more consistent then Stephenson and Tomko have been all year. He never won a game, but that's because he got no run support. He gave atleast 5 out of 6 quality starts. I think it's obvious he struggles in the bullpen, but is better in the Rotation. And who is going out now that Hitchcock is coming in?

Well, Tomko was saved Sunday by his impressive defense. Stephenson had a bad outing last week. I say give Fassero a few more starts so that he can face Mark Prior on Tuesday.

Yeah for sure give Fassero some more chances. The guy had an ERA around 3.00 when he was starting. Since he went to thr bullpen he's already given up a run in 1/3 inning pitched. I say ditch Tomko and Stephenson to put Hitchcock and Fassero in. I think Tomko or Stephenson might be useful in the bullpen though.

I agree stick with Fassero, of course I say this as a Cubs fan and a non-Fassero supporter. I just don't think the old guy has what it takes to be successful in any spot starter or bullpen.

Well speaking as a Cards fan I think the Cubs should start Shawn Estes everyday and have Alfonseca close games.
