    Esteban Loaiza and Jeff Weaver

I've been holding out on calling Loaiza the real deal until A) he kept his hot streak going into September and B) I could spell his last name by memory and didn't need a cheat sheat (still not to that point I'm afraid). But going into yankee stadium and beating Clemens as definitively as he did makes him my Cy Young. Sorry, Halladay. I think it's getting to the point that the winner isn't even debatable.

And poor Jeff Weaver. Being sent to A-Ball to play pepper with Rick Ankiel and Toe Nash is sure to do wonders for his battered psyche. On the bright side, such a demotion might make him the most 'versatile' player in the majors today. Weave, you're in my prayers.

Esteban pretty much has it wrapped up...but for my sake I want him to have a few more good starts.
