And what did Loiaza do against the Yankees? 1 hit them..

So now it matters because of what TEAMS you play against? Oh brother..

edit- Against Boston he gave up 1 run on 6 hits while pitching 8 innings.

    Chicago White Sox

Like I've said in a previous post, right now Loaiza is my Cy Young-- because of what he did against the Yanks.

But Halladay has started a third (10 of 30) of his games against Boston and the Yankees, and has 17 wins. That's pretty impressive. If he finishes strong he's still got a shot.

Doc's been nasty, but his team is out of the race. His starts, good as they are, don't matter. Loiaza is doing it in the heat of a race. He's gotta be the winner.

Halladay's Stats in his 10 starts vs. R.Sox/Yanks:

                            IP 70.2 W-L: 4-4 ERA: 4.61

Explain to me why I should be impressed.
