    OMG so it's his fault the team isn't in the race..This isn't like the MVP race brother...A pitcher shouldn't not be punished because his team stinks...He can't pitch all the games.

    I agree that the CY should go to the best pitcher, but that's usually not how it works. Look it up, the only times it has gone to guys who weren't at least in races in Sept. were when guys just had off the charts years (Like Clemens in Toronto when he won pitching triple crowns). Doc's going to lose a lot of votes because he's pitching in meaningless games, making his job easier. I'm not saying it's right, I'm saying it's how the voting tends to work.
