if by athletic you mean fast and 'gracefull' then benji molina is very unathletic.
Just in terms of his running though.
I'm sofa king, we Todd Ed.

Just because you're cut doesn't make you a ballplayer... exhibit A-- Jay Payton. Exhibit B-- Gabe Kapler.

David Wells has so much ability but he is so out of shape.

Thats my pick, even though he has ability.

He was good in 98 (I'm only saying that because he threw a perfect game then).

Okay so no fat players, but throwing in David Wells who not only is fat but old (40) is ok, Payton and Kapler both came up with promising abilitiy ie they could both hit and run the bases real well, but went in the opposite direction,
is it ok to say Juan Gonzalez?

That's fine, but it's not like he's not trying.

Back when, he used to be great. He had some wheels... in 94 (I think that was his breakout year) he was TERRIFIC! After that he said "I could do better... I'm gonna bulk up". During the offseason he went from 200 lbs to 240. He went for all out swings, and didn't progress. Then, his untimely unconsistent weight-training schedule brought him to many injuries, and Texas couldn't hold him. Detroit got him, and so have the times. It's harder to perform for a bad team, or rather for a team where you don't have any momentum going for you. So a team like Toronto would probably perform better if they had larger more spirited crowds. Instead they are way under .500 at home and over .500 away. Gonzalez couldn't play with them, and wanted to test free agency. All because of this his devotion to baseball lowered. He's now a pull swinging, weight-lifting jerk (by jerk I mean bulky... or do I?).

Gonzalez is not agile, but his devotion left him, so his athleticism left him aswell.
