Well, I won't pretend I'm not annoyed that here we are with the 2nd game of the season and Extra Innings isn't carrying the Braves game today. I thought it might be on ESPN or somewhere else, but no joy. Oh well...go Hanson.

I believe the Braves are actually off today...I don't think any team that played yesterday is playing today

Wow...you are right. I even have a printed schedule and it didn't occur to me they had an off day in this series. Thanks for pointing that out.

Just read something this morning that is crazy. For all the hype around Stephen Strasburg, Clayton Kershaw is only 4 months older. I'm willing to bet Kershaw ends up with a better career than Strasburg.

Last night's game was the equivalent of watching an early 1960's game with Jaun Marichal on the mound for the Giants and Sandy Koufax on the hill for the Dodgers.

Yep Blzer I saw that today. Reminds me of Candle Stick Park days, if you wore a LA hat there in the cheap seat you were going to get your *** kick. Glad those days are gone at AT&T. To bad we can't say the same at LA Park.

Had to switch the Astros/Phillies game to the FSN feed because for whatever reason ESPN is showing ESPN News instead of the game.

Local blackouts. Maybe it's just me, but they seem harsher this year than in past years. I got blacked out of the Padres/Cardinals game yesterday for like 5 innings, then it magically came on.

He does inject some excitement into the game, so I'll give him credit for that. Most of the good commentary comes from Stone, however.
