I'm kind of shocked this happened. Especially after the Roger McDowell stuff has happened. Hopefully, Lowe will have learned his lesson and can go back to normal.

As for McDowell, that is one big mess. Need to hear both sides before anyone can truly speak on it.

You definitely don't see this everyday... but Lowe's DUI and reckless driving charges were both dropped.

"After a thorough review of all the evidence in this case including the police video that documented the entire event, both the DUI charge and the reckless driving charge were dismissed for lack of evidence," attorneys Bubba Head and Cory Yager said in a statement. Lowe pleaded no contest to making an improper lane change.
