Ah yes the newer helmets that help stop concussions. I applaud the effort made here but my goodness those helmets sure are eyesores.


Anywho, after going 0-3 yesterday Adam Lind then picked up right where he left off when he was put on the DL by going 4-4 with 2 HRs and 3 RBI as Jo-Jo Reyes had another solid outing to get his 2nd win in a row.

Just saw the game..and Wow, Pujols is heating up and I love it.

Cubs, how you let Albert beat you 2 days in a row?

Yeah its pretty crazy they let that happen back to back days.

Its also something that this team has the 2nd best record in baseball and they've done it with Albert playing terrible by his standards, now that hes heating up this team is even scarier.

Team has far exceeded my expectations so far this season, and if you had told me Albert would be hitting like he was (prior to these last two days) and this team would be doing as good as it is I would have thought you were insane, especially with losing Wainwright before the season began.

I was pretty critical of Mozeliak entering this season but maybe the guy knows what hes doing.
