Mike Stanton just crushed a no doubter to opposite field, I approve of this action.

It's amazing, the guy is only 21 years old! Just imagine how good he'll be in 4-5 years time when he's fully mature.

As for the Jays well, my fears were realized. I do have to admire them for getting off the mat against Rivera even though they didn't score. CC Sabathia as a pitcher amazes me every time I see him out there. You'd think a guy of his body type would have had a serious injury by now but he really hasn't. Hell, I don't even think he's had much in the way of back problems either. The guy has an outside chance of winning 300 games in his career providing he stays healthy and stays effective.

Yeah it's gonna be crazy to see once he improves in his discipline and what not. He's learn this so relatively fast as well, cause according to him baseball was his third sport in HS behind football and basketball and wasn't even noticed until some all star baseball game.

I suppose this is where everyone jumps back on the Nathan bandwagon.

I'm still not satisfied one bit with the bullpen situation. It's a nice little boost for Joe though, that's for sure. Gotta get the win tomorrow for the series win.

I suppose this is where everyone jumps back on the Nathan bandwagon.

I'm still not satisfied one bit with the bullpen situation. It's a nice little boost for Joe though, that's for sure. Gotta get the win tomorrow for the series win.

We now have a better option at closer but still... Burnett, Crapps, Dumatrait, etc all making sure we don't reach our full potential as a team.

Yeah. I wasn't talking about anyone here. More about the ZOMG! NATHAN! reactions I've seen from my friends. I've been trying to remind everyone that he could have a blowup at any time just like he did early in the year. Let's hope this homestand goes well so a bullpen move or 3 is made.

Exactly my thoughts. These upcoming weeks are the most important weeks of the season and we'll need the starters to chew up some serious innings if we want to move up in Central.
