That was a great at bat from Mayberry, he has improved a lot from the last couple years."Ma'am I don't make the rules up. I just think them up and write em down". - Cartman

13 of last 17 hits for extra bases. Seems like a positive force in the dugout as well.... congratting Pence, etc. Seems to be a real good teammate to have. His dad taught him well.Comment

Aaron Boone sucks as a commentator.....I just had to throw that out thereI did watch most of that Tribe/Sox game and you guys were right about the K-Zone...really distracting, made me think I was watching a real life MLB2k except with crappier announcers.

Dammit Murphy, I defend you left and right from the ridicule of Mets fans(or in this case the remaining 5-10 Mets fans) and you screw up a easy out and first base.Mets/Giants/Knicks/Rangers/Manchester United/Notre Dame Football

ok...just saw it...that Holliday take-out slide was dirty... Malicious? probably not... but he didn't slide til he was at the bag, and can't even reach the bag.
i watched it several times...and at the end he even kicks his foot out even more. He deserved to get drilled in the ribs, just sayin.
had to give my 2 cents on it.
Funny thing is that used to happen all the time until it was decided that you didn't have to go in like that for the move to be effective. A lot of people point to that as a reason that the home-plate collision could be phased out. To me, they are entirely different situations.Comment
