So... I just woke up and decided to check the Padres-Reds game and I see this in the scoring summary.

Looks like it's another one of those classic Yahoo! sports box score gaffs that they're known for.

The correct play was:

J. Darnell singled to left, A. Cunningham scored, L. Forsythe to second. L. Forsythe to third on the throw."

I guess they couldn't figure out how to get Forsythe to third on their system, so they figured it was easier to make everyone just steal their way off the basepaths.

Fredi is the Anti-Cox in that he doesn't let his starters go long enough. There was no reason to pull Beachy yet.

That's hard to say for sure. Beachy was over 100 pitches and his recent history shows that he really loses something around that point. I thought he may have stuck with Linebrink for too long though.

Interestlingly he's not hitting the HRs much this year but since the All Star Break he's been a lot more consistent with the bat.
