Wow, what a bottom of the 11th. Worrell can't do it all, but he tried and made an amazing stop to save a run, but Pudge faught through a tough at bat to hit a 2 run game winning single...just amazing

living 15 minutes from the stadium and you can hear people drivin aound honking their horns. What a great game. Everyone seemed to be glued to the TV. even some of my friends which dont even watch baseball.

Like I said on another message board already, it's all about fundamentals. If Cruz runs to where the ball drops and waits for it, he catches it. But no, he tries to catch it on the run and fudged it up.
And Worrell, wow does my hatred for him run deeper just about every time I see him pitch in a close game. He gets ahead of Rodriguez, then puts a pitch up where Rodriguez can knock it hard somewhere, and that's exactly what he did. Throw a slider low and outside, see if he bites. Or throw one in on the hands and see if he fists it to someone for an out.Comment
