Crazy!! But where was the third out? There was the catch, and the throw back to first. What was the last out?

It looked like both baserunners had overplayed the ball. The guy that was supposed to be retreating to second wasn't shown (the runner that was trying to get back to first is shown running back over 2nd to get to first).

So it looks like both bases were tagged (2nd base runner out, then 1st base runner out).

There were runners on first and second. After the throw back into the infield, the infielder touches second (You can see the ump signal out), then throws to first.

Why was the runner that started on second base in the beginning of the play, going back to first base?

That was the runner who was originally on first base. Both runners took off, but due to the camera angle, you can't see the other runner.

Oh, haha. I could have sworn that the runner who was staying still at second base was the same runner who was on screen at the end of the play.

What a weird catch, though. You'll never see that again.
