Jeff Torborg has to go down as one of the worst managers in MLB history if they end up winning this series. This team was pretty bad in the beginning of the year, but Mckeyon has done a great job in getting them to play good baseball.
I really hope this team ends up going to the world series. As a Phillies fan, its hard to say that because they were neck and neck with us all season, but they play with alot of fire, and thats nice to see. The Giants just seem to be moaping around and not really giving it their all. -

I must say, I will be really happy to see the Giants lose (they still have one more crack, so we'll see). I have hated them for years, so them not getting out of the first round would just make my day. If the A's win later, my whole weekend will be made.
Anyways, I am simply in disbelief at how bad the Giants have played in this series. I can't remember the last time I watched a team just implode like they have.
They have made so many stupid mistakes and so many inexcusable errors, it just boggles my mind. If they lose this series, which they probably will, they can look back and think how it may have been different if they hadn't made so many boneheaded plays.
Cruz dropping that easy, easy flyball yesterday was the biggest one by far, but man, there have been a ton.
The last blunder they just made after I Rod scored, when they just forgot about Derrek Lee and allowed him to score all the way from first, was what prompted me to post this. I was going to say, "watch the Giants come back in the 9th and get one run, but end up losing because they forgot about Lee running". Lo and behold, they just scored a run to make it 7-6 Marlins. I will truly guffaw if that run is the difference in the game.
