The best pitching staff is at home(Dodgers), and another one is playing the Braves. Hey, I would love to see Boston exit in the first round, it's a win-win situation either way. Oakland, we have beaten them in the past, and if we have to, we'll do it again......hopefully.
Can't promise anything with these guys.

On a side note, I changed my mind. I want Oak to win in a long battled game tomorow. The way I see it, after I gave it some thought, Mulder is out, and Hudson is day-to-day. So the Big 3 dissapears. Their bullpen doesn't scare me one bit. Their history of choking, not being able to close up the series, will play out well.

Now if we have to face Boston, I'm being optimistic in thinking we're going to win against them. Our pitching will hold up, and their pitchers will get hit hard. BUT if we lose to them, well, that would be devastating. Really Devasting. We will never hear the end of it. It will be a war. I don't want any part of that.

So let's play it safe, go Oakland! Beat those stinkin' Red Sox.

Congratulations to the yankees and their devoted fans. You soundly defeated a team with 1/3rd your payroll. You should be proud. And I know most of you are.

Well, no, the A's have a little more than half the Red Sox salary. That's not nearly as embarrassing as the skanks advantage over the Twinkies.

Here's food for thought-- the yankees payroll is equal to that of the Marlins, Twins and A's combined. Holy !#$!@#ing crap!! But hey, I like to set the difficulty level of all competitive sports I play to easy, too, so who am I to talk. Gotta win, man. You gotta win. At all costs. Literally.
