You can call the Rangers a last place team until Arod gives back about 3/4 of his contract, Juan Gone is truly gone, Chan Ho Park parks his *** in another town, and Rafael Palmeiro retires. They really have no chance in a hitters park when the only big free agent pitcher (Pettitte) wants a lot more than they can give. Oh and of course they'll have no chance until they realize you need five good pitchers in a rotation, not 0.Comment

I think if you add up all the pitchers in their rotation they would have at least 1, maybe 1.5.
