Once again my congrats to the Marlins on winning their 2nd World Series. Only the 3rd "expansion" team to win 2 World Series. (the other 2 being the Mets and Blue Jays)
Now I know this seems like a hypocritical post and i'm sure I may get some flames over it but it has been on my mind since the Series started.
Jack McKeon isn't getting any younger and he's done all a manager can do. He's had a long and fruitful career as a manager and GM. The best thing for him to do now is to step asside and let someone younger take over. I wouldn't say this if I didn't have someone in mind tho.
That replacement is right under McKeon's nose. None other then 3rd Base Coach Ozzie Guillen. I mention Guillen because his name has been mentioned to take over the White Sox next year. I think he'd make a great manager as he's still pretty much around this era of baseball and he's been given the chance to experience things from the coaching side.
To sum it up: he'd be the perfect replacement for McKeon while shooting down the White Sox (or any other team's) chance of signing him as manager.

yep he got this team to believe they could win. and he believed in josh beckett when the marlins needed him most.
