Why do the Milwaukee Brewers stay so committed to pitcher Jeff Suppan?

He has been so average and regularly hammered by opposing teams that I cannot believe this guy actually got a 4-year $42 million contract.

Any thoughts on what the Brewers should do or about what will actually happen with Suppan?

Whaaa? He hasn't been on the Brewers since 2010.

And plus the Brewers lose when he's on the mound no matter what team he's on.

What, was the OP a spam bot that for whatever reason created a thread about a contract that start 6 years ago, and ended 2 years ago?
