Very surprised to see the Padres take Zach Eflin with Joey Gallo and Lance McCullers still on the board, but I guess McCullers has a high probability of going to college instead.

I'm hoping they look into some power bats tomorrow.

      Walker Weickel...cool name.

      Also drafted Travis Jankowski.

Because we can't have enough CF's with speed and no power. At least this one seems to make contact.

Loving the Jays draft. Few sleepers. Loved Smoral! Still wish we had gotten Giolito and Gallo!

Does anyone really care where I sent this from?

And brother of current Mariner Kyle Seager...who so far has outplayed Dustin Ackley in his young career.

Yup, and many believe that Corey could be better than Kyle.

Lance McCullers Jr. was the No. 41 overall pick in 2012. Lance McCullers Sr. was the No. 41 overall pick in 1982. How cool is that?
Don't you EVER read my blog? It's gotten a lot better.

Stroman projected around 10-20 spot, Jays got him 22nd

Smoral projected top 31, and drafted 50th.

Some good steals for Jays, hopefully they can afford these guys

That's why their last two picks were signability guys.

I absoltely love the pick of Victor Roache!!

Brewers got a HUGE steal... If he didn't break his wrist in March he would have been a top 10 pick!! First D1 player to hit 30 HR's since 2003 and this was using the BBCOR bats!... Love the power potential!!

Dalton Friend was drafted by the Pirates in the 12th round. He went to my high school. He was a big fat jerk.

I can almost guarantee that he signs too. He wasn't the brightest bulb in the closet. In his last year of math he got a 3%, only because the teacher gave out a free 10 points to everyone in the class. That'll show you his work ethic.

It's sad when you go to college to play ball and not to get an education.

3%!?!?! Wow. I haven't been able to get an Art project done once (not a lack if effort, just suck and have the worst teacher in our school) and I'm not even getting that bad. Wow. Not the sharpest tool.... but sounds like a tool nonetheless.

That lack of work ethic's gonna kill any hopes he ever had.
