Re: No Bonds in video games?

I hate it when people try to speak for other people when they never personally met a person, or if they don't know their life at all. You guys don't know what Bonds's life is like outside what you've seen. You don't know if he's a jerk or not. Sometimes there's a limit to attention that some people have to attain. What he's doing is what he's doing, and call it what you want... our whole life we've been speculating Bonds's personality.

well, if his image and antics werent forced down our throats every five seconds, maybe wed spend less time judging the ***hole ...actually, hes one of the very few people i WILL actually form an opinion on that i dont know....i dont like the guy, never have, never will....no crime in that, just like i dont care if anyone wants to defend him or likes him, personal choice

            Same with me.

I've never liked him...and never will. Time and time again, he always finds a way for people to view him as a jerk.

why are people getting their undies in a bunch over this issue? this is a business decision on his part.

the only entity that's suffering from this decision is the baseball players union, which will likely get a samller fee for the bonds-less license. the players union have shown greater greed of their own in the past and should not get any sympathy.

personally, i dont give a rats *** about the players union...they have way too much power as it is and general come across as a bunch of whining babies

im purely and completely taking issue with Barry Bonds and the fact that he's a punk....ok, so MJ did the same thing, ive only recently started playing basketball games so i didnt notice when he did it, or i wouldve said the same about him...although, there is a HUGE difference between MJ and Bonds, in that Jordan does not come across as a selfish little weasel, and Barry does....i realize this is just my opinion and some may like Bonds (anythings possible) and others will defend him and thats fine too

                        but...

if it looks like a dick, sounds like a dick, and stands up like a dick, then its Barry Bonds

                        thats my point

I don't see why they deserve to get more than us if they did. Bonds, although seemingly mean to refuse to give him an autograph, really sees everybody as the same person, whether it's a little kid or a 37 year old adult, he sees them all the same, and when it comes to an autograph, it really just doesn't cut it. Because when he gives one person an autograph, then it seems unfair for everyone else not to get an autograph. Since everybody's equal, if he gives one to one person, the same equal person deserves the same, and he doesn't have time for that.
