Question on MLB Rule

OK guys, today I have a question about a Major League Baseball Rule. Here's the situation -
The batter hits a ball, could be a ground ball or fly ball. The fielder has to go into the runners baseline to field the ball (Any base). Who has the right of way? Can the runner plow right thru the fielder? Or would the runner be called out if he did this? Someone please clarify for me please.

Runner would be out. He has to allow the fielder to have a chance to field the ball. The base path is rather large and would have plenty of room to run around the fielder.

It has to be a fielder that is attempting to make a play, if a fielder is just standing there you can run him over. Until the fielder attempts to throw the ball, you cannot make contact. The runner can also be called out if he attempts to interfere but doesn't make contact, you won't see this called much but they can.
