I'd be pretty happy if the Rangers released Roy Oswalt after the game. I don't see any reason to give him anymore innings.

Wilin Rosario can't catch a baseball. 4 passed balls today. Wow.

Wilin 4 past balls today for the Rocks. Can't see how he's gonna last with leather like that for a catcher. Apparently, it a habit with him.

Phillies walk off on the Rockies for the second consecutive game! John Mayberry Jr. wins it with an RBI single to Carlos Gonzalez. Gonzalez made a nice diving catch and the ball bounced out of his glove as he hit the ground.

Last-strike HR by Aoki sends it to extras at Busch. Motte blows the save.

That sweep couldn't have come at a better time.

Props to the Mets fans for being classy about Chipper this weekend.

I was @ that Yankees/Orioles game w/ the blown call w/ Tex. I was cheering for the Os of course, and was there w/ 3 buddies who were Yankees fans and one other Os fan. Park was electric. After the game was great, definitely felt like playoff baseball.

Nice to see the Jays starting off the last month of the season with some good baseball. Hopefully this will be something that they can build upon next year.
