If anyone should be "re-thinking their deal" it should be the Twins after last season's horrible performance at the plate. Hunter needs to shut up and play baseball until he proves he can play an all-around game at an elite level for more than 1 consecutive season. He's my favorite Twin, but he needs a little perspective.

Regarding the Twins' off-season moves thus far: "This stinks," said center fielder Torii Hunter. "It looks like we're rebuilding again. If I had known this was going to happen, I probably wouldn't have signed my deal.

Re: Torii Hunter Quote In Today\'s Paper
I disagree.
I mean hunter has a point. The twins are not even tryin to be good next year. They traded aj, milton, and didn't even try to get the hawk back. What is up with this? I hate to say it but the twins are going to finish at the bottom of the al central. Inless hunter really picks it up. Who do the twins have now. No one hunter can't carry a team yet. I think the twins need to go out there and get a big name player. But their ain't none. Maybe the twins get lucky if anything the twins need milton and hawkins I say get rid of Eddie. Or maybe even rivas(2nd base). The twins are going to fall and they won't get UP. I am mad as **** at what the twins are doing. Forget the a new stadium they ain't going to win Inless and the is a BIG INLESS they get some star players.
I know everyone is going to disagree but where do you guys see the twins goingColorado Avalanche (NHL)
Denver Nuggets (NBA)
Green Bay Packers (NFL)
Iowa Hawkeyes (NCAA)
Minnesota Twins (MLB)
Tennessee Volunteers (NCAA)Comment

You don't think players have the right to complain or anything like that. It does look the Twins are heading the wrong direction and Hunter probably doesn't want to go through rebuilding. Klesko was doing that with the Padres throughout this year until they traded for Giles. Don't jump out when a player makes a comment about a team.Comment

Re: Torii Hunter Quote In Today\'s Paper
When was the last time the Twins made a significant FA signing or even an attempt at one?Torri is brutal at the plate i'll give you that, but he has a good point. The twins just sit back and do nothing. They are in a bad division so they can afford to lay low!Comment
