    Interesting, we'll finally see if Santiago is still actually, you know GOOD or if his decline has been masked by hitting behind Barry Bonds.

    The last time Santiago was in the AL it was an unmitigated disaster as he first nearly got himself killed and totalled his Ferari in spring training then he had just an atrocious season at the plate.

          I'm unsure how well he will do, but I think with Pudge and Lopez in the market, Santiago was overlooked.

          Glad to see KC making moves.

                Santiago can at least DH from time to time to take some wear of his knees so it might lead to decent production from him.

                As for the Royals if they can pick up one more decent outfielder they'll be able to contend all year, and not fade down the stretch.

                  As for the Royals if they can pick up one more decent outfielder they'll be able to contend all year, and not fade down the stretch.
