The park's capacity would be 42,000 and would have the least amount of upper deck seating in the majors with approximately 12,500 in the upper bowl behind homeplate. The concourses would be open to the playing field and twice as wide as those in the Metrodome. There will also be several lounges and themed restraunts as well as a team Hall of Fame and a merchandise shop that would be open year-round. Most importantly, the Twins would control all 60 luxury boxes in the new stadium compared to the Metrodome's 115 private suites, which are controlled exclusively by the Vikings so the Twins don't see a dime of the money from those suites.
The stadium's turf would be natural grass and would have a retractable roof in case of inclement weather. I believe the bullpens would be behind the outfield wall in left-center. It is unknown which community will host the ballpark, but it is likely it will be either Minneapolis or St. Paul. More information available on the site.
