I know the question's been answered correctly, but did Jeremy Hermida do that, or was it just that his first major league homer was a GS?

If so, there are plenty of players like that (Brandon Crawford, most recently).

        Sticking with Grand Slams...

Who holds the record for most career Grand Slams and with how many?

he hit his first GS in like his 4th plate apparence or something like that. Nava and Kouzmanoff, are the only players to do it in their first AB and first pitch.

              Lou Gehrig with 23.

I always thought that manny would take that record. He had like 20 around 2007, but the dude got lazy.

yeah, i don't want to mention his name. He doesn't deserve to be there. You know what, let me call him by his real name.

yeah, i know that manny has 21, but around 2007 he was around 20. Manny had a lot of opportunities to hit a couple of more GS, he just didn't care at the end.

                    Manny wasnt exactly "clean" either.
But we can save that discussion for another thread.

                        hehehe, that is also true.

Ok, lets stick with the Grand Slams. Name the player that hit a walkoff inside-the-park GS.

114 have hit a HR and only 5 were GS's.
Just seems so low to me.

One might assume that such a young player wouldn't have many opportunities to bat with the bases loaded, being down in the order or coming off the bench as a pinch hitter. Perhaps a lurking variable such as that is coming in play.

Is there an active trivia question at the moment?

Is this Casey Stengel, 1922 WS? I know he hit a walk off inside the park homer, I just can't remember if it was a GS or not.
