I love watching Trevor Rosenthal pitch, can't wait til he finds his way into the rotation, the Cardinals have so many good young pitchers coming up right now.

That Rangers game was everything I love about baseball. A pitcher worked his tail off, pitched an absolute gem, but for just one at bat a hitter bested him. Anything can and will happen. Man I love this game!

        Greg Tepper ‏@Tepper
Put another way: per Game Score, what Yu Darvish did tonight was the best non-complete game in baseball history.

        Greg Tepper ‏@Tepper
Think about that: the best performance by a pitcher in a non-complete game in baseball history. Good God.

Game Score was a 96. Higher than Kenny Rogers' perfect game for the Rangers in 1994.

Yup, still not seeing why trading John Jaso was a bad idea like some said. Michael Morse with home run number 2 tonight.

              LOL.

I totally blame the chick though. Move, don't duck and cover. The guy had the right idea, though once he saw she wasn't moving he should have at least attempted to catch it.

Getting Morse was pretty big for the M's... Jaso did a nice job last year but he was completely expendable.

Especially if Jaso is still a part time player like he was with us and he regresses a bit back to his Tampa days...

What I want to know is, who is afraid of a home run? I can understand line drive shots down the foul line, but a home run that you have plenty of time to see? Unless they were up to no good out there prior.

MLB Network, I'm disappointed. They mention Halladay starting tonight, but 0 mention that he is going for career win #200. I'd say that is a pretty significant milestone in today's game. Only 1 active pitcher is above 200 (Pettite, 245). Is baseball reference just wrong and nobody told me?

Kinda silly how they traded him to the Nats, then traded for him from the Nats.

Excited to see Edwin's first outing tonight.

Although I hope it's not 7+ BBs Edwin.

I thought Halladay was at 198? 90% of the time BBRef is right so I'm probably just mistaken.

Baseball reference, Yahoo, Phillies.com all have him at #199. Guess after spring, it isn't a given just yet.

MLB Network works closely with PECOTA, and they predicted the Braves will whoop his *** tonight.

Captain Cheeseburger is only 32 and has 191 wins already himself.
