hehe, Seems like he might be really good. But you can't really determine that after one at-bat.

Yup...but I was impressed to see a kid in a 1-2 hole, against CC, at Yankee Stadium battle back and draw a walk. It was nice.

I'm not watching the ESPN broadcast but I do know the local media has been hyping Bradley Jr. like crazy. Guess the hype has crossed over nationally.

I still think people need to ease up and see how his season plays out. Way too over hyped at this point. Almost setting the kid up to not live up to expectations. But that's how Boston media operates.

Yeah it was nice, specially after taking that inside slider when the count was 2-2. i was when he took that pitch. Loved his plate discipline in that at-bat.

Technically it would be the other way around. Trout is more well rounded while Harper does one thing well.

Not at all. Trout is older and came up older...Melo. Bryce was young and had hype at 16...LBJ.

How does he only do one thing well? Can hit for average. Can hit for power. Can steal bases. Can play good defense. Can unleash a cannon. Last time I checked, those were the five tools.

Depends how you're looking at it, based off hype I'd say Harper fits since he and LeBron were both the next big thing all the way.

And just like that, Vernon Wells half-asses it on defense.
