The Pirates are definitely the worst team. It is so hopeless in Pittsburgh this year, it's nt even funny.

The best is - don't shocked if we start off 3-0 or 5-0 (we have done this a couple times the past few years) - and then people will be like "Are the Pirates for real?" Then - second that question is asked - we will go on a 12-28 "run" toward last place in the NL Central.....

Yep. As much as I love the Pirates, they are a sad, sad team this year. Terrible lineup, terrible bullpen, fair starting rotation (and that's if Kris Benson will pitch like he's capable of - although I think that might only happen once he's on another team).

The Rangers are a much worse team than the Pirates.

I think the Rangers will be somewhat improved this year. Not much, but not terrible. Granted I don't see them on an everyday basis like the Pirates, but something tells me they won't be much worse than last year (91 Losses). The Pirates lost every bit of offense they had last year (Giles, Sanders, Stairs, Lofton, Ramirez...). This is on a team that lost 87 games last year and is sure to lose many more this year. Just my take though.
