Just turned the game on, but apparently the Reds gave up a couple runs on a wild pitch. Have to eliminate those kind of mistakes.

I missed the very beginning so not sure if a wild pitch advanced the runners to 2nd and 3rd but they should have been out of the inning, Choo just botched a long fly ball, hit him in the glove and bounced up, hit him in the glove again and he couldn't pull it in.

Yadi wasn't blocking the plate there and for some reason Heisey slid towards him anyway, would have been safe if he had gone for the plate instead.

I think he got mixed up and thought it was a force play and maybe slid so he couldn't throw to first?
I have no idea though, it was an awful decision on his part.

2 hits and the Cubs have a run in in the 9th with no one out. Let's get one more so we can maybe see Axford!

Could definitely be the case, was an odd play for sure, I thought Yadi was playing that too passively and was wanting him to at least try to apply a tag instead of hovering at the back corner of the plate, can't blame him for wanting to avoid a collision though.

Talk about bad luck... Castro hits a walk off grand slam if the wind was still blowing out.

Choo misplays another ball out in center and the Cardinals add another run as a result.

I know its early in the year but I'm really questioning Matheny's ability to make timely pitching changes, seems like he waits to long and lets his starter get into a jam before pulling him at the first sign of trouble when his count is getting up, luckily Choate was able to get out of it.

He's having a very rough day in the field. 2 drops and a collision with Heisey after not calling him off.

Kevin Correia strikes out 1 batter through 7 innings and then gives up the lead. Sounds like the perfect twins pitcher

Up 1-0 for 7 innings and on a couple swings of the bat, the Twins lead is gone and they're down 2. They really need the bats to come alive in the 9th.
