Well, you get the picture. Just look at women's college basketball players. Like around half have had ACL surgerys.

It has something to do with the way their knees are made. They're greatly susceptible to ACL injuries.

I've seen an Outside the Lines on this...there are now Sports Medicine doctors that try and help out the form and whatnot of women, because their bodies are different then men. I don't remember the specifics, but women do blow knees out more than men.
