The stat I posted says that may not be the case, since the overall win total compared to other divisions isn’t that bad.

And I gave another stat that suggested that your stat was skewed.

I still don't see what relevance the Tigers last year have to anything. The AL Central was a bad division last year. My point was that when looking across divisions, the top of the AL West and AL Central are very good and reason enough to suppose that those divisions are better than the NL West, and I gave a relevant statistic. The pride Tigers' fans have in their team (or the pride any fans have in their team) is irrelevant. I fail to see why your status as a fan should be determined by how tough your team's division is.

Mariners getting a hurt out on them by the CUBS. Bonderman got knocked out in the 3rd inning, and Beavan hasn't been much better so Far. Franklin has 2 RBIs though. His average is over .300 now. What's your guys' take on ROY so far?

AL RoY Class? Very weak this year, led right now by Jose Iglesias.

The NL is much stronger this year comparatively, with Yasiel Puig, Anthony Rendon, Justin Wilson, Shelby Miller, Jim Henderson, Trevor Rosenthal, Hyun-Jin Ryu, Evan Gattis and Paco Rodriguez all having good years. Any of them could fall off at any time opening up the door for all the others. Puig's got the hype (and so far) the stats to take it though.

Ya know..... the Dodgers outplayed the Phils sans one game this series.... and Puig is really making a splash, but when you're off the bag, you're off the bag on a steal. He's having a phenomenal start, but don't treat the guy like he's a 7 year vet. That call was the start of a bad inning yesterday.

And to show I'm not biased, how Delmon Young got to be a major league OF is beyond me. The ball spins when it hits the ground sometimes, Delmon. It spins.
