I'm not even doubting the post season this year. For some reason, I think that Magglio is coming over in a midseason trade or something. The Mets future is bright. Kazmir, Wright, Huebner, Reyes, Matsui, Yates, etc. LETS GO METS, F-A-N da na na.

One can always dream...
On a serious note, the future is bright for the Mets. An above .500 season this year will be a success IMO. It's something they'll be able to build on.
As far as Mags coming over, it's going to cost some of those prospects to bring a player of his caliber over from Chicago.Comment

true, people will complain if we make a trade and theyll complain if we dont.....someone like Magglio is FAR more tempting than Soriano, in that he is a true RFer, which is one of the things we so desperately need.....however, i do cringe when i think about what he'll cost (assuming we just dont wait and try to sign him as a FA), but you have to give quality to get quality, thats just the way it isComment
