Re: Best place to watch a game.
I love Busch but that is because it is the only stadium I have been to. I am from a town near St. Louis and my family and I never take a vacation or anything. Whenever I go to Busch I always have a fabolous time. It is so fun to be there. I think St. Louis has some of the best fans in the country. The atmosphere at Busch is something everyone should experience. I some day want to go to Wrigley and see my Cards take on the Cubbies.Comment

Its not bad. One of the things holding Busch back though is that it was one of those symmetrical cookie cutter stadiums like 3 River, Riverfront, and the Vet. Busch is more distinct because the stadium is awashed in a sea of red due to the great baseball fanbase existing in St. Louis. One of the things I like about it is the top of the stadium. The arches around the upper rim of the stadium are nice...thematic. I like being able to see the arch from the stadium as well. Even though the team hasnt been as exciting (as the 80s), changing to grass has really helped the aesthetics of Busch as well. If you have the chance there you should try to go to KC, Milwaukee, and or Chicago. If youre into ballparks there are two Meccas-- Fenway and Wrigley. Wrigley especially, if you are from the midwest.Comment

No way! Not only is the stadium aesthetically unappealing but this "house that Ruth built" lore left when the stadium was renovated in the 1970s and subsequently looked different. Honestly, Id rather go to Camden than Yankee Stadium. Ive never been there but I think Yankee Stadium is over-hyped only because its the home of the Yankees-- yawn!
BTW, should I ever have a reason to be in So. Florida, I wouldnt mind going to a game at Pro Player, on the other hand it may be my best chance at seeing the Cubs play (and I live 10 minutes from Wrigley...sad).Comment

Re: Best place to watch a game.
I personally think that its ugly and there are plenty of other stadiums that id rather go to but you still get that "baseball history" feeling when you go there. I dont think its on the same level as wrigley or fenway but its there. I dont know why im defending yankee fansbut thats just my opinion.
