I'm going with the Royals, they have a good mix of young players and Veterans, the Twins have a good team as well, but i think down the stretch that if the Royals need to get an arm or a bat Allard Baird will try to make a move, a luxery that Twins GM Terry Ryan does not have.

I'm going with the Royals, but I'm telling you, watch out for the Indians. They're a real sleeper IMO.

They have alot of young guys, mixed in with some vets. Vizquel isn't great with the bat, but he's still great with the glove. Victor Martinez is a highly touted prospect with potential. Bradley can be a .300 hitter. And the other six 'projected' starters are all possible of hitting 20+ HRs.

Their rotation is decent as well. Sabathia was an All-Star last year and had an ERA well under 4(which in today's AL is an accomplishment). Cliff Lee had impressive numbers in his short stint he had in the majors a year ago. And the Stanford kid seems to have some potential to be good as well.

And while their bullpen isn't great, it isn't too bad either. If Wickman fully recovers from his injury, he should be a good closer. And in case he fails, they have two others former closers in Scott Stewart and Jose Jimenez. And Riske was pretty good himself last year.

I'm not saying they'll win the division, but looking at their roster, they seem like they could be a team that could still be in contention in September, especially in that division.
