I think there will be a handfull of teams involved in the bidding, and that will help Cleveland get better value for him. Somebody who is close but has a hole or two to fill will take a chance on him. It had better be a team with a strong manager and a veteran clubhouse. I could see him in NY with the Mets, in LA, or in St. Louis.

Re: Milton Bradley breaks camp a bit early...
Anyone else see Bradley's exit as an invitation for Grady Sizemore? We are now garaunteed to see this kid sometime this year, he's been solid this spring.
As an Indians' fan for many years I'm disappointed in Bradley, because he is really a great talent. He makes spectacular plays defensively, adds excitement with his speed, occasional power, and was a solid threat in the middle of the Tribe's lineup. However, Shapiro really made the right call before this season only giving Milton a 1-year deal. You can't give long term deals to players who are supposed to be cornerstone's of your franchise if they behave themselves like children.
Bradley's been given several chances by the Indians' organization to straighten himself out, and this is the best move to remove a potential cancer and lay structure to just what kind of organization you're going to have.PSN: Snake_Eyes_925Comment

Re: Milton Bradley breaks camp a bit early...
Art Howe only became a bad manager when he went to work for the Mets. It's not Art Howe, trust me.
In any event, the Mets have expressed interest in him. Wether that is the right place for him or not is secondary. They are in the hunt for him.
LA will certainly be calling about him. They have the prospects to offer, and they need hitting badly. I also expect St. Louis to be involved, as they have a glaring outfield hole to fill.Comment
