    Yale Field:

Old Stadium from 1927. The New Haven Ravens, who have been affiliated with the Rockies, Mariners, Cardinals, and Blue Jays in recent years played here up until last year when they moved to Massachusetts. Right now only team that plays here is Yale's baseball team.

    The Ballpark at Harbor Yard:

This one is about 5 years old. It's the stadium for the Atlantic League's Bridgeport Bluefish, an independent league. I've only been there a couple of times, but it is pretty nice, and they just added an arena right next to it about 2 years ago that has minor league hockey, Fairfield University Basketball, and has had other things like Wrestling and the Women's NCAA Tournament this year.

Well much to my dismay.. the team used to be called Prince William Cannons White Sox Affiliate..

went looking for them, They are now the Potomac Cannons (Cincinnati Reds Affiliate)

It's in the same complex/area.. where I go pay my water bill...

Portland Sea Dogs, the AA affiliate of the Boston Red Sox

I couldn't find any updated pictures of Hadlock Field because they recently added a Green Monster of their own. Heres one from the finished contruction though..

I'll probably be seeing all of the Red Sox top prospects as they come through here, except for Kevin Youkillis and Kelly Shoppach.

Well, it's a little further away from me than Jacobs Field, but someone needs to put it on here. So, here's Eastlake Ballpark, home of the Indians Class-A affiliate Lake County Captains:

Lanphier Park (also known as Robin Roberts Stadium...named after the former Major Leaguer from Springfield, IL) Opened in 1928 (renovated in 1977) Now is used for Lanphier High School. Talk that a new team might come into Springfield if a new stadium is built. Not a lot of parking around the area.

It's no longer used for minor leagues...no minor league team in Springfield anymore but used to be for the following:

AAA Springfield Redbirds (they moved to Lousiville and became the Louisville Cardinals) 1978-1981

A- Springfield Cardinals (until 94 when they moved to Madison, Wisconson) 1982-1993

A- Sultans of Springfield until when they moved to Lansing Michigan 1994-1995. (First year was a Padres affiliate and the second year was a Kansas City Royals affiliate)

Independent Leagues-Frontier League- Springfield Capitals (until 2002 when they moved to Joliet, IL)
