    Re: Tigers-Jays series

It's cause they have a lineup that can make things happen this year. They've got Vina and Guillen infront, all Guillen does is get on base, it's his job. When you get guys on base and you've got guys like Pudge and Rondell and Young and Monroe, Higgy, even Pena after that, you've got a team that can manufacture more than a few runs. For the Tigers it's all about where you put the hitters in the lineup. You'll notice the Dodgers were all over the place last night, they had guys that couldn't hit behind guys that could which resulted in alot of hits, but very few runs. Tigers got the formula right right off the back, and they're pretty fun to watch now.

      I just wanna say:

BURN THOSE UNIFORMS THEY'RE A BAD OMEN FOR THE BLUE JAYS!!!

Seriously this is a start that I didn't anticipate. I did now that Batista would struggle as only pitched 3 innings all srping. Actually Halladay didn't pitch too badly yesterday also but Tosca left him in too long.

It's the offense i'm worried about....Let's hope this isn't a long term power outage.
