The mound visit and runner lane rule I like.
Pitch clock I was fine with already, I guess those 2 seconds they think will make a difference?
If I could choose, I'd make each starter given 2 mound visits (3 strikes you're out, where after the 2nd visit, the next time you visit them is when they're out of the game). And only 1 mound visit for anyone in your bullpen regardless if you used any visits on your starter (so if you use your visit on a reliever in the 6th, you can't make any more visits to any future reliever). You gain 1 mound visit if it's extras.
We all know teams often just use mound visits to kill time/give the guy in the pen a bit more time to warm up. So that just feels like wasted time in the game.
