The sexiest swing that no one ever mentions belongs to Jim Edmonds.

You should have a 24 at the end of your name then.
He will always be #24 to most of us and that's coming from a Reds fan.
He only wore #3 for 3 of his 20 seasons.

24 is the greatest number of all time thanks to Griffey and Jeff Gordon.

When I made this account Griffey was wearing #3. All throughout little league and middle school I wore #24. Switched to #30 my freshman year, then to #3. My snapchat is DeionGriffeyJr lol....

With his second home run tonight, Ryan Zimmerman is now the all-time home run leader among players with a last name that starts with Z, sitting at 254.

He passed Todd Zeile, who was at 253.

                Great headline from ESPN.

Yankees drop struggling Giancarlo Stanton to 4th in lineup

                I mean I get he's struggling, but...

Good, if disheartening or sickening, read on MiLB pay

It’s not that MLB owners can’t afford to pay their minor leaguers a living wage. No, it’s just that they don’t want to.

So I was doing my weekly perusal of the Braves' minor leaguers and thought I'd check out some of the other NL East minor leagues. Uhm...at what point does Mickey Moniak start being talked about as a big time bust? The guy was taken 1-1 and is really struggling in A ball...

Hard for me to call a 19 year old in his 2nd professional season a bust.

On the contrary, I thought people were already talking about him as a bust.

This is his 3rd professional season (he was drafted in 2016 and played a half season). He might end up being fine, but I recall people making Mickey Mantle comparisons....

2nd full professional season. I never count what guys do immediately after they're drafted.
