    Re: Yankees on Trial

LOL well a trial on the Yanks could easily take up 3 hrs or more so it's good grist for the mill.

I just wish I could see it.

I'd like to see a trial on Michael Jordan and how his airness has turned the NBA from a sport with tons of fundamentals into one of flash and lots of high flying antics and players getting big bucks that they don't neccesarily deserve.

Now that would be a controversial ESPN special. Heck you can even link the greatness and success of Michael to the influx of HS'ers in the league now.

(sorry to get off the baseball topic)

Or we could just poll the jury and ask whether they're a Yankee fan right now, and we'd get the same results as the end of the trial.

Putting the Yankees on trial for the problems of baseball is like putting a guy on trial for stealing a million dollars that was left on the street.

Well a pleasant surprise for me!

Jury votes 10-2 in favor of the Yankees.

                              Go Yanks.
