McKay should be converted to setup man!

Did anyone catch McKay pitching today for the Cardinals? He should be converted to a setup man or something an soft tossing knuckleballer who can play positions and pitch! He threw 2 shutout innings and made mostly groundouts. Just think get rid of Simo and sign another backup catcher. Have McKay pitch in the 8th and come into the 9th to play 3B/1B/C. That would be awesome.

By the way, how long do you think the Cardinals will ride with their starters?

I saw the highlights on SC and it was quite comical. He couldn't have hit more than 65 on the gun and just got lucky with them hitting grounders right at 2nd and Pujols making a nice diving stop.

He can probabily throw harder then Wakefield. So far he's been about the only Cardinal pitcher to throw 2 shutout innings.
