I cant bring myself to root against the reds because the ownership cut salary. It doesnt matter if the reds do suck this year the owner will not up the salary as long as he owns out team! By the way i am 31 and a os reds game get together sounds great. I have been to 3 games so far this year and the reds are 3-0 when i am there.

I'm loving the start to this season so far. The lefties all seem to be hitting the ball very well under the guidance of Chambliss. Hopefully Kearns will get hot soon as well.

The problem with Griffey is that the Reds will probably trade him if he stays healthy and is productive. I personally hope that he retires a Red but we'll have to wait and see.

I agree with you guys about Haynes. I can't stand watching the games he pitches. Apparently the rest of Reds Nation agrees with me because attendance seems to drop when he's on the mound. I'd much rather see Bong or Claussen in the rotation than Jimmy "I can't throw a strike" Haynes.

It's good to see we're in agreement on this one. I mean, the guy freakin lost to the Pirates! It's not only that he can't throw strikes, but when he does, he serves up taters that fly over the wall. I want to see Claussen brought up and Haynes sent down.

I don't think we'll see Haynes get sent down. Lindner isn't going to pay him $2.5 million to pitch for Louisville. He would have to get traded (who would take him?) or released. We are most likely stuck with him pitching every 5 days.

I agree 100%. He is worth millions but he refuses to put any money into the team.
