Ruben....there is a kid in Reading named Ken Giles who is a stud. He will probably pitch for a cheesesteak and a Slurpee.... anything to get out of the hole known as Reading. Please, man, please.

Right-handed closer Ken Giles struck out the side in a perfect ninth for his fifth save. Giles has now struck out 14 batters, gave up one hit and walked two in six innings of work.

I saw Strasburg pitch in person a week or so ago against the Braves and have seen him pitch many times in the last few years...at this point in his career he is a THROWER and not a pitcher.

Until he mentally brings his game up, I don't know that we'll see him take the next step.

I saw Strasburg pitch in person a week or so ago against the Braves and have seen him pitch many times in the last few years...at this point in his career he is a THROWER and not a pitcher.

Until he mentally brings his game up, I don't know that we'll see him take the next step.

That and he strikes me as the type of guy who will be spending many a day on the disabled list in his career.
