Dude do you even know what the term lock meens? It meens for sure or without a doubt! None of the players mentioned on you so called locks list are locks for the hall of fame!
You really must not know much about baseball at all. A lock would be someone that could retire right now and be a first ballot hall of famer, not one guy on your list would make the hall right now based on what they have done so far!

I would say Maddux is a stone cold lock. Jeter is as close to a lock as you can get. Hoffman is pretty close to a lock as well. His numbers are right up there with Eck, and he still has the highest save percentage of all time last I checked. With him being a closer though he may have to wait a few years.
