Barnes was the pinch hitter to start the 6th vs Rangers. He's now batting again in the 6th for the Rockies.

Rockies new strategy of scoring as often as possible is working well

The first win for young Mr. Stroman.

Hopefully the first of many in his career. Nice mini sweep by the Jays. Let's hope they continue to do this in Toronto tomorrow.

lol, Miami Marlins are better than any team in AL East right now.....

Speaking of which...they're half a game back of division lead and have a 2-10 record on the road, seriously?!

Nice of the Mariners offense to blow up so that I don't have to see Fernando Rodney try to hold a one run lead. Some very clutch hitting!

So Pirates won on a "walk off review". Man, too many weird things this year, but kudos to Marte for hustling.

They've lost probably at least 5-6 games on the road by 1 run

It's funny cause you see them doing well and would assume they are overachieving(which well they are technically). But the advanced stats say they should have a few more wins, a pretty good run differential, and have faced some tough teams.

The two things amazing about that vid:

                            1. As a righty he's moving into the path of that line drive and still managed to avoid it.

                            2. How do you wear a beard like THAT as a catcher!?!

Good grief, Rangers getting blown out far too often this season! In their 16 losses they've given up 8 runs or more 7 times.

lol, you think that's bad....Jays allowed 8+ runs in 7 games and have gone 0-16 when allowing 4+ runs(funnier part about that stat is that Jays have top 5 offense in the league right now. I think it's more mental than anything, batters just being like "Our pitchers suck again..why bother trying to come back")

lol, Braves games sound boring to watch if you like offense. Only 6 runs per game combined between them and their opponent(compared to a team like the White Sox who average 5 per game by themselves)
