<font color="blue"> Where did Casey Kotchman come from? I've never heard of him until recently, and I saw this highlight on SC about how he's incredibly hard to K up, even though Pedro got him twice. Can an Angels fan fill me in? </font>

Kotchman started the season at AA Arkansas, was called up when Darin Erstad went down, after tonights game Kotchman is hitting .243, and has struck out 4 times in 70 AB's, has been a good hitter in the minor leagues, does not display a lot of power, he has not hit a Home Run at the Major League level, Kotchman has grown up around the game of Baseball, his father is a coach, Kotchman was the Angels #1 pick in 2001 amatuer draft. -
